Basecamp Data Analytics is led by Steven Carter, a Senior Data Engineer and AI/ML Engineer with deep experience across the full data and AI stack, from pipeline architecture and warehouse design to model deployment, agent development, and production monitoring.
Steven’s background is in the infrastructure-level work that makes AI systems trustworthy: designing data pipelines that handle real-world complexity, building data quality layers that catch problems before they propagate, architecting agent frameworks that perform reliably in production, and making the engineering judgment calls that determine whether a system will hold up at scale or quietly fall apart.
